It appears that Senator Brownback has completed his transition. He should be getting his shiny new red lightsaber any day now, I suspect : Minutes ago the U.S. Senate voted to confirm Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius as HHS secreatary in a 65-31 vote. The vote came at the end of a day of heated debate over the contentious nomination.
