The figure was made by a small independent company in very limited quantities; when they’re gone, there will be no more produced! This finely sculpted likeness of the President comes in front of a picture depiction in a clamshell package & includes a black display base. The figure is not articulated, so the arms and legs do not move. The item is brand new in mint/near-mint condition and comes still sealed in it’s original clamshell packaging. I picked this up and its really cool. I was looking for a cool Obama action figure and I love Star Wars so this was a winner for me.
